Spider man gets asked all the time on proper ways to install Automatic Screen Printing Presses ... below is a simple technique you can use for any Front/Rear screen clamping automatic press -or- even a side clamping automatic screen printing press ...

in this pic you will notice I am using (2) small adjustable carpenter's squares to assure even spacing of the front screen holders to the edge of the pallet (don't ya hate it when your screen holders are set at an angle ... arrrrgh)

you will notice I placed shims under the steel rulers to determine my proper off-contact

you simply adjust the front screen holder until you can barely pass a business card under it without knocking the ruler over

you preform the exact same process for the rear screen holder

here I removed the one ruler so you can see how the adjustable carpenter's squares are used to keep everything parallel

once again ... you adjust the rear screen holder as you did the front screen holder until you can barely pass a business card under the ruler without knocking it over ...
